Don't replace what can be revived. We source matching boards or carefully craft replacements, weave them into the existing layout, then sand and coat the surrounding area so the repair vanishes into the original floor. No visible patches, no obvious 'fixed' zones.
Three-pass sanding with dust-controlled machines, edging to skirtings, optional stain, then premium two-pack polyurethane or hardwax-oil finish in matte, satin or gloss. Walk on it the next day, full cure within a week.
